Please kindly note Bahrain Customs Affairs have had a meeting on 29.07.2019 and with immediate effect mandated a change in packing type mentioned on Bill of Ladings and OFOQ manifests, for which if not followed will cause huge delays and penalties.

Bill of Lading showing 2 pallets in quantity but containing 30 Boxes/ Packages should read as QTY: 30 Boxes/ Packages instead of QTY: 2 Pallet.

The description can read as "30 boxes loaded on 2 Pallet" but the quantity should be mentioned as per individual quantities

Please ensure MBL and HBL entered as per individual quantities.
